You may be here because something in your life is asking for your attention.
Maybe you are navigating a transition.
Maybe you are questioning what you believe.
Maybe you are carrying grief you have not fully named.
Maybe your work, relationship, identity, or creative life is changing.
Maybe you are not sure what comes next, but you know you need space to listen.

About Deb
There comes a point in many people's lives when the beliefs that once held everything together begin to raise questions of their own. Maybe you are struggling with the faith/beliefs you were raised by, questioning what you were taught, wrestling with doubt, grieving the loss of certainty, or trying to reconcile your spiritual beliefs with your actual experience of life. Maybe you still love your faith but no longer know how to inhabit it in the way you once did.
A Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State for 16 years, Deb has worked as a psychotherapist, crisis worker, graduate counseling program instructor, group facilitator, and artist. For more than 30 years, she has also been making sense of life, faith, suffering, beauty, and love through songwriting and performance.
These experiences have shaped the way Deb listens: with curiosity rather than judgment, compassion without sentimentality, and a deep respect for the complexity of being human.
With Deb, you'll find space and undivided attention; thoughtful listening and honest reflection; emotional steadiness and rooted encouragement; and permission to explore the questions that may not have felt safe to ask anywhere else.
Deb offers a place to slow down, talk about what is true for you, and listen for what matters now.
